Refund policy

Items purchased on iceboystudios.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of iceboystudios.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or replacement.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
